With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in personal injury. As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Bilingual Case Administrator.
Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Bilingual Case Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing cases and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal field and eager to build a career in case management. No experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training and support to the ideal candidate! Full-Time | $20.19/hr | Onsite/In Person |
Charlotte, NC Positions Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with an hour for lunch
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of legal cases from inception to resolution. Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information in Spanish and English. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously in Spanish and English. Assist senior case managers in case preparation, document drafting, and court filings. Keep track of case deadlines and proactively manage case timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Legal case management software experience is a plus.
