Job Description

Family Preservation Community Services (FPCS) was founded in 1997. FPCS provides a variety of social services and therapies to children, adults, and families. We are located in North Carolina and South Carolina and have a long history of providing quality foster care and therapy in our market. Family Preservation Community Services seeks a foster home case manager. Responsibilties include personal caseload duties as noted: Provides supervised visits and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the treatment plan. Implements Permanency Planning, including discharge plans, as assigned by the Treatment Team within established time frames. Participates in school and State staffing for children assigned to caseload .Rotates on call with other staff Company car provided for travel to foster homes.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in social services with working with children. This is a requirement of the state and cannot be waived. Please only apply if you have this type of degree and experience.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
