Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join a personal injury law firm in Raleigh, NC. This position is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution while providing exceptional support and communication to clients throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters, including bodily injury and property damage claims. Maintain regular communication with clients to gather treatment updates, address concerns, and monitor the progress of medical care. Establish, track, and follow up on insurance claims while ensuring timely progression through each stage of the pre-litigation process. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties. Identify potential claim issues and collaborate with Pre-Litigation Managers and Attorneys to develop appropriate solutions. Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other supporting documentation for case development. Prepare and submit comprehensive settlement demand packages to insurance companies and follow up to support timely resolution.Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or NC Paralegal Certificate preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred. 1-3 years of recent experience in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or similar legal professional. Prior experience managing a high-volume caseload in a pre-litigation or litigation environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research databases, medical lien portals, and case management software such as GrowPath or Filevine. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple cases and deadlines. #accentuate2Pay:
