Full Time Position Summary:
Center For Family Services is seeking a full time Senior Lead Case Manager for it's Juntos Program. The Senior Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, supervises care management staff and practices. Assesses the needs of unaccompanied children in care, develops Individual Service Plans, screens for human trafficking concerns, facilitates the safe and timely release or discharge of children and youth, documents the provision of services in case files. Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to; Provides direct counseling and case management services. Meets regularly with supervisor and participates in other continuing professional development opportunities. Contributes on Agency committees and special tasks and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff and communicates in ways that support agency mission and values Completes documentation and other reporting requirements. May perform specialized activities and functions specific to program. Qualifications Master's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields; or bachelor's degree and at least three years' progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
