ASAP Objective:

We are looking for a compassionate Case Manager to support individuals under New Jersey's guardianship. The role includes conducting in-person visits to clients in homes, hospitals, and nursing facilities, and attending court hearings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work or similar field Experience working with vulnerable populations, healthcare, or social services. Familiarity with guardianship laws and legal processes in New Jersey (or willingness to learn). Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations and court hearings. This role requires empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of those under guardianship while navigating complex care and legal systems.
