To Be Determined Job Description The ASK Academy (Attitudes, Skills, and Knowledge), a 6th-12th grade charter school in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is a STEM innovation school with a project-based approach to teaching and learning and has been noted as among the top 3% of schools in the nation by the U.S. News and World Report. The scholars follow one of two career pathways - Biomedical Sciences or Engineering and Design. The ASK Academy has entered its second decade and is searching for a Gifted Case Manager. Ideal candidates seek to make connections with scholars, families, and colleagues to promote scholar success. The position is available for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a benefits eligible position. Applicants may be eligible for a caseload management stipend of up to $5,000 per full academic year. Staff members at The ASK Academy have preference in the school's student enrollment lottery. Requirements include: NM teaching license with endorsement in gifted and familiarity with ASK's STEM focus and project-based learning approach. Responsibilities include case management for a group of scholars in grades 6th-12th with IEPs, including supporting them in small group, push-in, and individual instruction as well as IEP preparation. Ideal candidates seek to make connections with scholars, families, and colleagues to promote scholar success.
