Job Description

Pay:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour! (depending on related experience) Nature of Work Steuben County Department of Social Services Housing Case Manager (HCM) will provide support and services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have utilized Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) or Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). The HCM will provide individualized and specialized support to individuals focusing on and obtaining housing. This will include but limited to employment, financial literacy, meeting program expectations, maintaining housing and assisting in barriers they may experience. Minimum Qualifications Associates with 3+ years' experience. Preferred Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling or other related social service/science disciplines and two years of experience providing case management services. Experience working in services for homelessness, mental health and substance abuse. Strong communication skills. Strong sense of boundaries.
