Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellence in case management services for young children with special needs and their families in NYC or Westchester County. Advocate for families to ensure children receive the evaluations and services needed, authorized and to problem solve challenges. Coordinate with professionals within and outside the Early Intervention (EI) Program to address family needs. Document all activities in accordance with Early Intervention (EI) requirements. Qualifications Minimum 1 year prior experience as Service Coordinator through the NYS Early Intervention Program. Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education or Related Field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, sociology). Pluses Bilingual
