Evening Case Manager

$1,250 Sign-On Bonus! Unity House of Troy, Inc. is seeking compassionate Victim Advocate to support survivors of domestic violence in our residential shelter. Ideal candidates are empathetic, dependable, and comfortable working second shift.

Shifts Available:

2:30 PM 10:30 PM5:00 PM 1:00 AM(Overtime opportunities available)

Responsibilities:

Provide trauma-informed, victim-centered support and case managementAssist clients with housing searches, safety planning, and life skills developmentAnswer hotlines and provide crisis intervention and referralsPromote a culture of inclusion and respect

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience working with domestic violence survivors or a similar populationValid NYS drivers license and reliable transportationAssociates or Bachelors degree preferredSpanish-speaking a plus
