Job Description
The role is best suited for someone who enjoys building supportive relationships with survivors while helping them achieve long-term housing stability and increased safety. It combines immediate crisis response with ongoing case management, making it both advocacy-focused and service-coordination focused.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide case management services to domestic and sexual violence victims who reside in our permanent housing programWork closly with victims and survivors at varying levels in their traumaProvide emotional support, crisis intervention and safety planningProvide referrals and linkages to supportive servicesAssist with navigating various systems based on individual needsAssist with victim and survivor crisis intervention for walk ins inconjunction with appropriate staff.
Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activitiesParticipate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekendsPromote a work culture of inclusion and belongings
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred; 1 or more years of related experience preferred, a valid NYS drivers license and acceptable driving record; and reliable transportation
