If so, the Outpatient Behavioral Health team at Lighthouse Youth & Youth Services is growing fast and we need a QMHS Professional to provide case management services to help us carry out our mission and change the lives of children and youth. Competitive pay based on education and experience.
Starting Hourly Rate:
$20.19 and up
Essential Functions:
Provide community-based mental health case management services to youth; adolescents and young adults. work closely with other professionals in providing treatment services in the areas of mental health, employment, education, and Housing Have Knowledge of community systems like dependency, foster care and adoption and residential services. provide community-based services develop treatment plans and maintain accurate and current documentation for client files.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Experience with youth, adolescents and young adults with mental health issues and concerns preferred. Experience with multi-system youth, adolescents and young adult preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a car and good driving record. Bilingual and/or Sign Language proficiency a plus. Why Work with
