is seeking a compassionate, dependable and community-focused

CPST/TBS

Associate to help children, adolescents, adults and families strengthen daily functioning, manage behavioral-health needs and achieve individualized treatment goals. The associate provides skill-building, care coordination, advocacy, education and other person-centered supports in the office and throughout the community, under appropriate clinical and program supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide individualized CPST and TBS interventions consistent with the client's assessment, treatment plan and identified goals.
• Teach and reinforce coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, communication, social skills and activities of daily living.
• Assist clients with accessing community resources, natural supports, benefits, education, employment, health care and other needed services.
• Monitor symptoms, behaviors, functioning, progress and barriers; promptly communicate significant concerns to the supervisor or treatment team.
• Coordinate services with clients, families, guardians, schools, providers and community partners, with appropriate authorization and confidentiality safeguards.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation and safety planning within training, agency policy and assigned scope; follow emergency and mandated-reporting procedures.
• Advocate for clients and encourage self-advocacy, independence, recovery, resiliency and successful community integration.
• Deliver services in approved office, home, school, community or telehealth settings based on program requirements and client needs.
• Complete accurate, objective and timely service documentation, including progress notes, mileage, schedules and other required records.
• Maintain professional boundaries, client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, Ohio requirements, payer standards, CARF expectations and agency policies.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, treatment-team meetings, training, quality-improvement activities and performance reviews.
• Meet established productivity, attendance, scheduling and documentation expectations and perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, criminal justice, education, family studies or another closely related behavioral-health field.
• Ability to meet applicable Ohio and payer practitioner requirements for assigned

CPST/TBS

services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, timely and professional clinical documentation.
• Ability to work respectfully with children, adolescents, adults, families and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Successful completion of required background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance when travel is required for the assignment. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in community behavioral health, case management, social services, child and family services or crisis support.
• Experience providing services in homes, schools or community settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, person-centered planning, motivational interviewing and local community resources.
• Current Ohio behavioral-health credential or other relevant certification, when applicable.
