Job Description
Established and Highly Respected Team Looking For A Community Based Case Manager! Are you passionate about providing compassionate and effective mental health care to students and families? HWS Best Health Counseling Team is seeking a dedicated Case Manager This role offers the opportunity to work with children and families in Canton.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide Individual Case Management Support to address clients' mental health concerns and promote well-being.
Family Sessions:
Conduct family sessions as needed to address family dynamics and support holistic healing. Support in
Crisis Situations:
Offer timely support and interventions in crisis situations to ensure clients' safety and well-being.
Develop Treatment Plans:
Collaborate with treatment team to support the personalized treatment plans that address their unique goals and challenges.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
•Experience working with children, adolescents and teenagers in a mental health setting. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
