Job Description
Permanent/Full-Time Collective Bargaining Unit Position Under direct supervision, the Case Aide is responsible for providing support for caseworkers and program staff in the areas of supervised visits, intake/referrals, transportation, family assistance, and other supportive services as needed in the Children Services department. The minimum qualifications are as follows: High school graduate or GED equivalent; 1 Course in Typing (or 3 mos. experience); 1 Course in Principles of Interviewing (or 1 month experience); 1 Course in Effective Oral Communication (or 1 month experience); Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training to any/all above; Valid drivers' license, state minimum vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record; Must pass Drug Screening and BCI/FBI Background Check.
