Full-Time Job Summary:

Provide direct support to residents living in a recovery housing environment. Promote a safe, sober, and recovery-supportive living culture. Enforce house rules, provide peer support, and maintain ORH and NARR-compliant practices. This position requires availability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management Ensure adherence to Resident Code of Conduct, house rules, curfews, and visitor policies . Report incidents and resident grievances to Housing Coordinator & assist with incident response Conduct resident "check-ins" and obtain new resident paperwork Provide peer support and oversee activities such as house meetings . Determine and respond to maintenance needs Be physically present at recovery homes (4) days a week to examine for alcohol and illicit substances, prohibited items. and to ensure residents are accounted for Maintain confidentiality and compliance with

HIPAA Qualifications:

Has a minimum of 90 days in continuous recovery in the program . At least 18 years old Skills and Abilities Ability to model recovery principles and prosocial behavior . Strong communication and interpersonal skills Cultural competence and empathy for diverse populations Ability to remain calm and grounded during crisis

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
