Permanency Case Manager

Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. is seeking a motivated Permanency Case Manager who delivers high-quality services in a social work setting. We are seeking an individual who enjoys collaboration, excels at team building, and possesses excellent networking skills. The Permanency Case Manager's role is to deliver quality services with resource parents and clients in the Dunmore, PA area. The Permanency Case Manager serves as an advocate for children in the foster care system, ensuring their safety, well-being, and progress toward permanency. Ready to make a difference? REQUIREMENTS

The Permanency Case Manager position requires a bachelor's degree in the human services field, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and work eligibility under current Pennsylvania legal and regulatory requirements. A Permanency Case Manager must demonstrate an ability to understand, accept, and implement agency philosophy and policies: an ability to form appropriate relationships to work successfully with adults and children from a variety of backgrounds; to promote, encourage, and participate in teamwork efforts; and have an ability to solve problems in a resourceful and appropriate way. This position requires the ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

(Dependent upon experience): $37,500.00-$37,700.00 We offer excellent benefits packages including paid holidays Certain benefit
