Strong knowledge of Section 8 housing programs, workforce development initiatives, addiction counseling, behavioral health strategies, and social security policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Exceptional client communication skills with an emphasis on cultural competence when working with diverse communities. Experience with data entry systems and case management software to track client progress accurately. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism using crisis management techniques and liability insurance awareness when applicable. Excellent writing skills for preparing detailed reports, case summaries, and correspondence that meet regulatory standards. Join us in delivering impactful social services that support individuals in overcoming barriers related to disabilities. Your dedication will help foster independence while ensuring clients receive the compassionate care they need to thrive in their communities.
