The Case Manager Permanency Aide has a flexible schedule up to 32 hours per week and will report directly to the Program Office Supervisor Complete tasks or duties, which assist the case manager permanency workers (i.e., phone calls to obtain information, review of files, arranging appointments, assist with the gathering of compliance items, etc.). Occasionally transport children and families. Enter completed tasks into Evolv. Complete other assigned related duties as directed by the Supervisor. High school diploma Current PA driver's license Eligibility under PA legal and regulatory requirements Ability to understand, accept, and implement agency philosophy and policies Ability to form appropriate relationships, to work successfully with adults and children from a variety of backgrounds, to promote, encourage and participate in teamwork efforts Ability to contribute toward the solving of problems in a resourceful and appropriate way Ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally Excellent Oral & Communication Skills
