Case Manager

At Cove Forge, our philosophy is that chemical dependence is a disease, not a character flaw, and should be treated as such. Cove Forge Williamsburg is currently hiring Case Managers to provide Case Management and care coordination services for patients in the facility. Prior experience in the healthcare field is preferred. We are seeking a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. This individual should have balanced independence and a collaborative mindset.

Qualified applicants should possess:

HS Diploma Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Prior work experience in the healthcare field is preferred
