Job Description

Waypoint, formerly known as Waban, is seeking skilled, motivated, and highly organized professionals to join our growing Adult Case Management team to provide services throughout the Southern Maine area. Case Managers provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities/autism; serving as an advocate, ensuring choice and satisfaction with services, developing comprehensive plans of care and monitoring the individual's health and safety. Our home office for Adult Case Management in Waypoint's Southern Region is located at our Springvale, Maine location. We are seeking an Adult Case Manager to fulfill client needs throughout York County and into Cumberland County; this is a hybrid remote position after successful onboarding and new graduates are encouraged to apply. We are also seeking an Adult Case Manager to fulfill client needs throughout Greater Cumberland County, into Androscoggin and neighboring communities; this is a remote position and those with experience as an Adult Case Manager in Maine are encouraged to apply.
