The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client cases efficiently, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their needs Perform data entry with accuracy to maintain comprehensive case records Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Analyse case information to determine appropriate actions and escalate issues when necessary Utilise multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish and English) to assist diverse clients and enhance service accessibility Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or support where appropriate, contributing to organisational growth Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless case progression and client satisfaction Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organisational policies regarding data protection and privacy Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, case management, or related roles is preferred Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette Analytical skills to assess case details critically and make informed decisions Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining client trust Organised with meticulous attention to detail and record keeping skills Prior experience in customer service or client liaison roles is advantageous This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional client support through organised case management.
