The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be bilingual in English and Spanish , and be able to communicate effectively with families during difficult and sensitive situations. This role requires excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service, strong multitasking abilities, the ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent case management and organizational skills. As a Case Manager, you will play an important role in guiding families through the process, maintaining active cases, communicating with families and team members, and ensuring each case is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Duties Communicate with families to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide clear information about our services. Guide families through the consultation process and clearly explain available services, procedures, and requirements. Maintain organized and accurate records of active cases. Communicate effectively with families, team members, and management to ensure cases move forward smoothly. Follow up with families throughout the case to provide updates and address questions or concerns. Manage multiple active cases while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain professional and compassionate phone etiquette. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the case management process. Qualifications Previous death care industry experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and compassionate approach. Bilingual candidates required to serve a diverse customer base. Proficient in using Gmail, Trello, and other digital systems and file management platforms to maintain organized and accurate case records. Ability to clearly explain our services and assist families throughout the process. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
