Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client cases, ensuring that all legal documents are processed efficiently, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout their legal journey. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Duties Must speak Spanish Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on all matters. Review and organize legal documents related to various cases, including personal injury. Utilize software tools such as Filevine for effective case management and documentation. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client files. Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all client information while adhering to legal standards and practices. Experience Proven experience in a legal administrative role is preferred, with familiarity in document review and case management. Knowledge of personal injury is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Proficiency in data entry and file management systems is essential.
