Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CST. Training is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST for 4-6 weeks (camera required).

Not listed Summary Now hiring a remote Case Manager to support patient cases from intake through approval/denial outcomes. This Case Manager role focuses on outbound patient calls, benefits verification support, payer/pharmacy issue resolution, documentation, and compliance (PHI). Ideal for candidates with healthcare insurance experience, pharmacy benefits, prior authorization, appeals, or patient access support. Responsibilities Monitor queues for new patient cases and manage case progression Call patients to confirm approvals/denials, copays, and pharmacy dispensing details Contact insurers to obtain and update benefit information Resolve payer/pharmacy issues and document outcomes clearly Maintain patient/provider support with empathy and professionalism Identify and submit adverse events compliantly when applicable Research potential funding/foundation support options when needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (required); additional education a plus Healthcare insurance, patient access, PBM, prior authorization, or appeals experience (preferred) Strong documentation, communication, and multitasking skills Strong computer skills and comfort using CRM/proprietary systems Remote readiness: quiet private workspace; hardwired broadband internet required Application requirement: laptop/desktop
