We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Georgia team. Our firm employs approximately 120 dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional client service in a collaborative and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing personal injury cases and be familiar with Georgia personal injury claims. We offer a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and a generous bonus structure. Top-performing Case Managers have the opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually. Responsibilities Manage Georgia personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the life of the case. Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Review medical records, bills, and case documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist attorneys with case preparation, settlement negotiations, and litigation support as needed. Maintain accurate and organized case files using the firm's case management system. Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met. Provide outstanding customer service while advocating for clients. Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, when applicable. Qualifications Minimum of two years of personal injury case management experience. Knowledge of Georgia personal injury claims and procedures preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
