JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Secondary Case Manager position. The secondary case manager is responsible to provide housing inspection services and all in-person home visits for all families participating in the Families Rehousing Stabilization Program (FRSP). This position reports directly to the Deputy Director
FRSP. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Must conduct 50-84 in-person home visits per month in the community. Must work in the community 4 out of 5 work days. Conduct duct housing inspections for each assigned family in the FRSP portfolio. Must complete all necessary paperwork related to the housing inspection for each housed client assigned. Complete and submit housing reports. Enter all contacts or engagements into the OctoQuickbase and other database systems within 48 hours of contact. Administrative day cannot include trainings, home visits, or meetings. This time must be dedicated to administrative functions only. Remote position with the exception of required administrative day. Must have access to the internet and a quiet space to work without interruptions. Must meet monthly with the Director of the Program to review home visit activity and reporting contract compliance. Must attend all trainings and meetings. Must be flexible and is able to meet clients based on their schedule. Prepare and submit Unusual Incident Reports via the electronic reporting format as needed to document client activity; Respond to crisis situations and assist with interventions to resolve immediate problems; Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required and three years of case management experience or have lived experience in related work services. Strong verbal communication skills; Strong writing and editing skills. Must have reliable vehicle for use of in-person home visits.

Must have Child Protective Clearance Local and state criminal background FBI Drug and alcohol screen TB Test Sex Offender First Aid and CPR certifications
