Job Description

LOS Outreach Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide community-based behavioral health services to individuals throughout Brunswick, Greensville, and Mecklenburg Counties.

Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered mental health support in community settings Complete assessments, service documentation, and progress notes as required Assist individuals with developing coping, independent living, and community-based skills Coordinate with families, providers, and other members of the treatment team Travel throughout assigned service areas

Qualifications:

Current Virginia QMHP registration/eligibility Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong documentation and communication skills

Schedule:

Flexible/Community-Based Pay Range:

$25-$30 per hourd make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
