The therapist will provide MBD therapuetic services to mothers who are participating in home visiting programs. Therapy will be provided primarily in the home or via telehealth to individuals living in Greater Cincinnati.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide Moving Beyond Depression (IH-CBT) to clients in their homes and via telehealth. 2. Complete MBD training and ongoing consultation requirements. Maintain fidelity to IH-CBT model in providing services. 3. Coordinate care with home visitors and actively engage home visiting agencies. 4. Complete clinical documentation and data reporting within expected timeframes. 5. Maintain required billable hours by managing scheduled appointments in home and via telehealth. 6. Actively participate as a positive member the CCSWO Mental Health Department and agency staff by attending all required meetings and trainings and by abiding by agency policies and procedures. 7. Maintain good standing with the appropriate board and insurance entities. 8. Complete all recommended continuing education requirements and required agency trainings. 9. Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary. 10. Maintain case files within electronic health record (EHR) that are up to date and within expected guidelines. 11. Perform other duties as assigned (including but not limited to completion of Social Security/Disability forms, authorization and billing forms, phone calls, and participating in case consultation meetings).

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

1. Master's degree in counseling or social work 2. Proficient in utilization of computer-based medical records 3. Ability to work independently 4. Willingness and comfort with providing services within the home. 5. Licensed in counseling or social work. Independent licensure preferred but not required. 6. Bilingual in Spanish required. 7. Experience with interpreters preferred.
