Master's Level Case Worker (Under Clinical Supervision)

Job Description:

The Master's-Level Case Worker (MLCW) will work with clients receiving services through a statewide DFCS (Department of Family and Children Services) contract. The MLCW will provide therapy for parents and children, to include: Substance Abuse Trx, Individual and Family Counseling, Domestic Violence Sessions, as well as conducting assessments (SA, IPV, Parental Fitness) under a fully licensed clinical supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide quality case work in accordance with Agency and Company standards Conduct In-Person and Vistual therapy sessions with clients Document sessions with BIRP format case notes. Create Trx Plans/Review Trx plans with clients Court Testimony (if needed) Closing Summaries/Recommendations Refer clients to community resources

Experience:

Master's Degree in a license eligible path is required. Three to five years experience in social services/therapy required. BIRP Documentation Experience Working with at-risk youth and families

In-home/In-Community Experience Additional Requirements:

Ablity to pass a Federal Background Check Clinical Supervision Driver's License/Auto Insurance Professional Insurance Professional Licensure (Preferred/not required)

CPR/First Aid Job Types:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
