🏡 Hybrid Assessor | New York Help Make a Difference in the Lives of Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented professionals to join an important statewide initiative as a Hybrid Assessor. In this role, you'll conduct person-centered assessments that help determine the services and supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive throughout New York. This is a hybrid position that combines remote work with travel to client homes and community settings to complete in-person assessments. • New York City (travel throughout all five boroughs)
• Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties)
• Upstate New York (assigned geographic territory discussed during the interview process) This position requires local travel to client homes and community locations throughout your assigned territory to conduct in-person assessments. 🕒 Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Hours may vary based on client scheduling needs and may begin as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend availability (1-2 weekends per month) may be required
• Hybrid schedule with a combination of remote work and travel throughout your assigned region.

What You'll Do As a Hybrid Assessor, you will: ✅ Conduct comprehensive, person-centered assessments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ✅ Travel to client homes and community locations to complete face-to-face assessments. ✅ Schedule appointments with individuals, families, caregivers, and providers. ✅ Conduct conversational interviews to gather information about an individual's strengths, needs, goals, and support requirements. ✅ Review medical records and supporting documentation. ✅ Complete assessment documentation accurately and within required timelines using the designated assessment platform. ✅ Collaborate with caregivers, providers, interpreters, and internal support teams to ensure quality assessments and continuity of care. ✅ Manage your schedule while meeting quality standards and productivity goals. What We're Looking For ✔ Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Services field in a Human Services field ✔ Minimum of one year of post-degree experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities ✔ Valid New York State Driver's License or State ID ✔ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory ✔ Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interviewing skills ✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a Human Services field
• Previous assessment or case management experience
• Experience interviewing individuals with developmental disabilities, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

Pay Details:
