at CTF Illinois in Orland Park, Illinois, United States Job Description Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) / Case Manager Community Day Services Program - Tinley Park, Il Full-Time Monday-Friday Days No Holidays or Weekends Looking for a position where you can truly make a difference? CTF Illinois is seeking a dedicated and organized QIDP / Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our Community Day Services Program at our Tinley Park location. Position Overview Schedule:
Monday-Friday (daytime hours) with a flexible, hybrid schedule (in-person and remote) Develop and implement individualized strategies based on each person's goals, preferences, and personal plan Coordinate services by maintaining regular contact with individuals on your caseload Participate in discovery and interdisciplinary team meetings Complete required assessments, documentation, and consents Monitor progress and outcomes through monthly reviews and reporting Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $25/ hour Comprehensive health benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Critical illness and accident insurance Company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability Paid time off, including: Vacation Sick leave Paid holidays + 2 floating holidays 401(k) with company match About CTF Illinois CTF Illinois is dedicated to helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their full potential through the power of Communities That Transform Futures .
