Friday Location:

Hybrid, 3 days in office in Utah County. The Supervising Case Manager will be responsible for the following: Taking the lead on client management and making sure that our clients' cases are handled with the utmost care from the beginning to the end of the case lifecycle Always know what tasks need to be completed by the Case Management team and assign tasks to members of the team Communicate with attorneys regularly about the status of our cases. Take responsibility for the status of cases. Problem solve without making excuses. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or currently enrolled seeking a Bachelor's degree. Desire to help people move forward from their pasts 3-10 years of experience in a fast-paced position which requires managing multiple tasks and providing polished writing products preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong computer and internet skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and a CRM (please list the one you are familiar with) Affable disposition who enjoys team camaraderie. Self-starter, ability to prioritize, stay on task, and work independently. A problem solver who strives to reduce the workload on others by finishing tasks without leaving loose ends.
