April 24, 2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to work with adult Medicaid clients who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will help clients secure and maintain safe, stable housing while building the skills needed for long-term independence and community integration. You will assess barriers to housing, support clients in navigating financial and housing systems, and provide ongoing education around budgeting, daily living skills, and healthy landlord/tenant and neighbor relationships. This position serves as an advocate, skill trainer, community connector, and active contributor to each client's treatment plan. Responsibilities Work with adult Medicaid clients with behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses Assess housing barriers, financial situation, and support needs Assist clients in locating and securing appropriate housing Educate clients on budgeting, daily living skills, and housing responsibilities Support development of positive landlord, tenant, and neighbor relationships Serve as an advocate and community resource liaison Develop and implement client treatment and support plans Build and maintain relationships with community housing providers and agencies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, or a related field preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating supportive housing or independent living services in a social services setting under qualified supervision Proof of valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and education Ability to pass state and federal background checks Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employees Competitive pay at $24-$29/hour Incentive opportunities for meeting 65% productivity Flexible 40-hour workweek with a schedule you help create Paid vacation days that increase with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Up to 10 paid holidays• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Employee Assistance Program Health, dependent, and transportation flexible spending accounts Employee, spouse, and dependent basic and optional life insurance All Employees 401(k) Mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement (or company phone) Pet insurance DailyPay - access earned wages without waiting for payday Student loan refinancing resources Financial wellness tools and webinars Company laptop and dedicated IT support National discounts on travel, shopping, Verizon, Dell, and entertainment Training, development, and continuing education credits Opportunities for advancement within a growing national organization Benefit availability may vary by state/county.
