May 14, 2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to support youth with significant behavioral, emotional, or medical needs in a family-based treatment setting. This role is an essential member of the Treatment Team, coordinating behavioral health and community-based services to help youth stabilize, achieve treatment goals, maintain placement, and work toward permanency with their families. As a Case Manager, you will collaborate closely with foster parents, clinicians, the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, and birth families to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure consistent progress. This position offers a flexible schedule, supportive team environment, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
