care Managing patients as a clinical case manager Full Job Description AIDS Care Ocean State is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to join our Case Management team. Individual must have hands-on experience working with individuals who have HIV, knowledge of HIV, Hepatitis and associated risks and treatments. Must also have case management experience. Must be able to work respectfully in a diverse environment and discuss sensitive issues relating to sex and high risk activities. Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
