Clinical Supervisor / Qualified Mental Health Professional Position Summary The RBHS Worker provides community-based and school-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, mental health, or developmental challenges. Services are designed to reduce behavioral symptoms, improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, increase independence, and support treatment goals identified in the Individualized Plan of Care (IPOC). RBHS services may include Behavior Modification (BMOD), Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS), and Family Support (FS). Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirect Service Delivery Provide Behavior Modification (BMOD) services to teach appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS) to develop life skills, social skills, communication skills, and independent functioning. Provide Family Support (FS) services to educate and support parents, guardians, and caregivers. Deliver services in the home, community, school, office, or other approved settings. Implement treatment goals and interventions identified in the client's IPOC. Utilize evidence-based and strength-based interventions during service delivery. Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic relationships with clients and families. Documentation and Compliance Complete all required documentation within agency timeframes. Write accurate and detailed BIRP notes for each service provided. Ensure all services documented are medically necessary and directly related to treatment goals. Submit progress notes, service logs, and other required documentation in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with Medicaid, SCDHHS, CARF, and agency requirements. Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Communication and Team Collaboration Participate in supervision meetings and staff meetings as required. Communicate concerns regarding client safety, abuse, neglect, or crisis situations immediately. Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and treatment team members. Report significant changes in client functioning to the supervisor. Client Support Assist clients in developing positive coping skills. Teach anger management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social interaction skills. Support clients in improving behavior at home, school, and within the community. Encourage participation in positive recreational, educational, and community activities. Assist clients in achieving treatment goals and increasing independence. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in a human services field preferred. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or individuals with behavioral health needs preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Ability to pass required background checks. Ability to complete agency-required training. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of behavioral interventions and crisis management techniques. Ability to maintain professional boundaries. Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time. Ability to work with diverse populations and families. Physical Requirements Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and actively engage in community activities. Ability to safely respond to behavioral situations when necessary. Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
