Job Description

Parent Case Manager (Regional Intervention Program (RIP)) Regional Intervention Program (RIP) is a parent-implemented program for children up to age 6 and their families who are experiencing challenging behaviors. Job description
  • Provide an orientation for new families.
  • Make introductory telephone contact prior to assigned family's entry.
  • Conduct in-depth orientation and "map the territory" during first treatment.
  • Visit, teach and model positive behavior management techniques and strategies with both adults and children, utilizing appropriate and congruent facial expressions/body language.
  • Rate core and individualized Behavior Management Training (BST) sessions.
  • Maintain reliability in the BST rating system. Keep family 3-ring binders up to date.
  • Track BST data and activities, training activities, and parent/adult case notes.
  • Gather data using Family Objectives (Initial and Progress) forms, Treatment Summaries, and Case Dispositions.
  • Present data in usable and organized fashion to Resource Consultants or Program Coordinator in a timely manner.
Candidate must be a graduate of the RIP program .
Pay:
