Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Case Manager to join our dedicated team helping claimant through the Social Security Disability process. In this role, you will communicate with disabled claimants regarding their impairments, their medical treatment, and with Disability Consulting Accredited Representatives who oversee the claim. You will manage a caseload, making sure your clients' are taken care of in this stressful time in their lives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in peoples' lives while working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Qualifications Excellence in clear communication. Strong background in phone skills, computer data entry, and documentation. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, skills in handling confidential information. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
