About You You are steady under pressure and confident in your ability to manage moving parts without becoming overwhelmed. Your background in customer service, administration, or another client-facing environment has taught you how to communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and build rapport with different personalities. You balance empathy with accountability. You are comfortable having difficult conversations, following up when someone has not done what is required, and helping move people toward action. Most importantly, you take ownership. When something is not moving forward, you do not simply pass the problem along or wait to be told every next step. You gather the information you need, think through the problem, follow up, involve the appropriate people when necessary, and make sure the matter is actually brought to completion. You are organized, attentive to detail, comfortable learning new systems, and able to anticipate what needs to happen next. Responsibilities Coordinate communication among clients, attorneys, court staff, and team members Manage as assigned caseload and monitor cases for upcoming deadlines, court settings, and outstanding client obligations Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough case records Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and filings with appropriate entities Prepare and manage daily court dockets and related correspondence Visit Travis County jail and courthouse as needed Facilitate in-person meetings with clients, families, and court staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Experience in administrative support, case management, or client-facing roles Conversational Spanish required Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make sound decisions Professional, composed, dependable and solutions-oriented Work Schedule This is an in-office position.
