This position is a full-time entry level position.

Responsibilities:

effectively communicate with clients and staff regarding individual and business tax resolutions discuss tax planning and tax minimization strategies with clients review and understand financial documents and complete IRS forms organize, prioritize, and manage client files to meet deadlines advise against potential tax liabilities support staff with various duties to facilitate and expedite service to our clients work independently and as a part of a client-service team

Desired Skills and Experience:

outstanding customer service skills and professionalism excels in fast-paced environment tax preparation for personal/business returns a plus high attention to detail proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook efficient multi-tasking ability bilingual is a plus (not required)
