We are seeking a experienced Case Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to secure case evidence and ensure the case is progressing appropriately. Document all activity and communication. Review police reports, property damage, photos medical records, and bills. Review files with attorneys to determine the best action plan for each. case. Be an empathetic resource for our clients. We are looking for someone who is: Self starter who can work with little supervision Excellent communication skills Efficient and effective with overall time management Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional in their appearance and behavior Able to work both independently and in a team setting
