Day-To-Day Directly supervises and manages Federal Case Managers. Works with staff to develop objective performance measurements across all sites, to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees. Coordinates intake and orientation of new clients within established time frames. Conducts and/or coordinates client assessments to determine needs and service plans. Utilizes assessment data to determine the focus of an offender's pursuits in the RRC, LSI-R, PREA, i.e. employment, educational/vocational training, volunteer work, etc. Utilizes assessment data and input from resident and staff to determine if resident has any special needs for services, e.g., significant medical or mental issues, substance abuse treatment, specialized counseling, or other needs that could be served by community resources. Monitors and notifies staff of potential psychological crisis with individual clients that may affect the operation of the program or the facility. Assumes On-Call Supervisor responsibilities as directed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science. A minimum of one year experience in human services, corrections or community based services. Or a combination of education and work experience- exchange one year of work experience for one year of academic education.
