You'll partner closely with Enrolled Agents and other tax professionals to guide clients through the process, ensure timely progress, and deliver a high-quality, empathetic customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of client outcomes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing clear guidance and regular updates Collect, review, and track required documentation to support resolution cases Manage case timelines and ensure deadlines are met across multiple active clients Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with tax professionals to move cases forward efficiently Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client records Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact case progress Support process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications 2+ years of corporate work experience 1+ year of client-facing or customer service experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy High attention to detail and strong follow-through Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack Basic financial literacy
