Job Description

Case Manager - Personal Injury (Ancillary Group)
Salary:
$55,000-$60,000
Location:
Onsite in Lewisville, TX Summary Our client is hiring a Case Manager for their Lewisville office. This is a full-time onsite role for someone with plaintiff-side personal injury experience who understands case workflow, medical documentation, treatment coordination, and keeping files moving in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Support active personal injury files from intake through settlement support
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and case documents
  • Coordinate with clients, providers, attorneys, and internal teams
  • Process affidavits, HIPAA forms, and related documentation
  • Monitor treatment progress and case status updates
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in case management systems
  • Help ensure deadlines and follow-up items are completed timely
What You Bring:
  • Plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
  • Prior Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar PI law firm experience
  • Strong understanding of PI case workflow
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and treatment types
  • Experience with affidavits, records requests, and documentation
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage volume
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
