Temp Housing Specialist - Section 8 Program Position Summary The Housing Specialist supports the Section 8 Rent Assistance Program by assisting clients, preparing leasing documents, conducting participant briefings, and maintaining relationships with landlords and property managers. Responsibilities Conduct briefings for Section 8 participants Prepare and process leasing documents Assist clients in locating suitable housing Maintain relationships with property owners/managers Evaluate rental market conditions and availability Interpret and apply Section 8 regulations Maintain accurate records and confidentiality Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher programs preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and with diverse populations Experience in housing, property management, real estate, or human services preferred Minimum Requirements Combination of education and/or experience totaling four (4) years in a related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Apply with RPM Staffing at 2505 S.
