Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual, motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team, specializing in personal injury cases. This role involves managing client files, coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies, and ensuring cases move efficiently from intake through resolution.

Case Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury files from start to finish Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information Coordinate medical treatment and obtain records and billing documents Work with insurance adjusters and assist in claim processing Maintain organized and accurate case files Support attorneys with case preparation and documentation

Case Manager Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in a law firm, office setting, or administrative role preferred but not required Familiarity with personal injury cases is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
