Position Summary:

Provides advocacy, intensive case management, and Wraparound services to clients and parents of assigned caseload. Also provides crisis services as needed to clients and families in need of intervention in the YES Waiver program or

TRR LOC-4

in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.

Qualifications:

Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling with two (2) years Human Services experience Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:

Current drivers license and vehicle for use at work Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to speak a second language relevant to population served preferredMust be self-motivated, organized and detail orientedKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to learn and understand other electronic software programs/systems used by TCC Consistently practices Trauma-informed Model of Care, understands and considers the pervasive nature of trauma.

The knowledge of cultural differences and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
