SPED Campus Case Manager Harmony Science Academy-Sugarland Sugar Land, TX Job Details Full-time From $68,000 a year 10 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Professional development assistance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications School principal experience Working with individuals with disabilities Staff training Organizational skills Educational compliance and regulation understanding Full Job Description Experience in Special Education (SPED/504) and strong organizational skills are required Some of the Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and review personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities or special needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for students' educational accommodations and services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and district policies. Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting interventions and supports to meet evolving needs effectively. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including educators, families, and external service providers, to promote student success. Assist in coordinating related services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, or counseling as outlined in each student's IEP. Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, meetings, and compliance activities in accordance with district standards. Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for supporting students with special needs and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

From $68,000.00 per year
