Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic legal team as a Personal Injury Case Manager, where your expertise will drive the success of client cases and ensure seamless case progression from inception to resolution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your legal support skills, coordinate complex case files, and deliver exceptional service to clients involved in personal injury claims. You will be the vital link between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and professionalism. Duties Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including intake, documentation, and ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders Conduct detailed client interviews to gather case information and assess claim validity Prepare and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence related to personal injury claims Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to facilitate timely case updates and settlements Maintain organized case files using legal document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw Perform legal research on procedural law, personal injury law, and relevant regulations to support case strategies Assist attorneys with trial preparation by reviewing evidence, drafting summaries, and managing deadlines Experience Proven experience in legal support roles within personal injury law or civil litigation support environments Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for case law analysis Strong knowledge of procedural law, civil litigation processes, and case management practices Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document drafting and data entry Paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative support background preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for client interviews, written correspondence, and phone etiquette This role is designed for motivated professionals eager to make a difference in clients' lives while advancing their legal support career.
