Personal Injury Trainer / Case Manager - Draper, UT Are you an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with a passion for helping teams succeed? We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Personal Injury Trainer / Case Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is an in-person position ideal for someone with strong personal injury case management experience who can not only manage their own caseload but also train, coach, and support case managers to ensure they are following best practices and providing excellent client service. Location Draper, UT - In Office Employment Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement while maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files. Train and onboard new case managers on personal injury processes, procedures, and best practices. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to case managers. Review case files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm procedures. Monitor case manager performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist case managers with challenging cases, client concerns, insurance issues, and other case-related questions. Ensure important deadlines, appointments, medical treatment, records, bills, and case milestones are properly tracked. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, and other third parties. Help develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and resources for the case management team. Identify process improvements that can increase efficiency and improve the client experience. Provide regular updates to management regarding team performance, training progress, and areas of concern. Lead by example by maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, communication, and client service. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience. Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle from intake through settlement. Previous experience training, mentoring, supervising, or coaching case managers is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of medical treatment, records, bills, liens, insurance claims, and settlement processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Proficient with case management software and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Case Manager Team Lead, Supervisor, Trainer, or similar leadership role. Experience training new hires or developing training materials. Experience working directly with personal injury attorneys and legal teams. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
